Welcome to Steadfast Sparrows Corporation! We are the first internationally known nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention for those incarcerated with First-Degree felonies. Because ALL lives matter, regardless of offense & belief!
Our mission is to lower the risk of suicide among those incarcerated with First-Degree Felonies & offer Free educational dinosaur camp opportunities to kids that battle depression, incarceration or have a parent/guardian incarcerated.

TRANSFORMATIONAL SPEAKERS DR.MICHELLE & JESUS ARREDONDO
Howdy! Jesus & Dr. Michelle Arredondo, are the Co-founders for Steadfast Sparrows Corporation. They started this organization to give men incarcerated with violent offenses, resources to suicide-prevention, that they would not normally be able to obtain regardless of incarceration or not.
Throughout Michelle's education, she had been expelled multiple times, sent to alternative school more than once, then sent to the Juvenile Justice Academy, before Juvenile Detention, Ankle Monitor & Krier. Those poor decisions had exacerbated, before finding herself in prison. As an ex-convict & High School drop-out, she was without resources, & understanding her situation she went back to school to obtain her Diploma, Associates, Bachelors, Masters, & a Doctoral Degree. Yes, as an ex-convicted Felon! Dr. Arredondo, still to this day, receives acceptance letters to her home from Universities in the United States. Dr. Arredondo understands what it means to be an ex-convict & truly struggle to find your path after incarceration. In the Spring of 2026, After many seasons of pruning, The Lord granted Michelle acceptance in to the residential chaplaincy program for Baptist Health Systems, a prayer from 2017, coming to pass 9 years later. She is finally a Chaplain! After residency, Dr. Arredondo plans to open her own practice.
Her husband, Jesus Arredondo is the medical portion, when he was little, he had open heart surgery & after 7 years of marriage he was diagnosed with 100% non-reversable sterility - a condition (that affects only 1-2% of the world) he was actually born with, meaning the possibility of ever having biological children is 0%. In the Spring of 2026, he found himself fighting for his life yet again. He contracted sepsis which quickly turned into septic shock. In a matter of days his kidney function went from over 100% to 10%, talks of Dialysis were on the Table & his liver was facing some form of trauma. It was hard to see Elohim speaking, but he conquered! His admission date to the hospital was the same day that the Pope Passed away & he was miraculously released on National Prayer Day. In the Fall of 2025. He enrolled himself into Med School & to his surprise Elohim paid 99% of his tuition, supplying him with everything. Jesus successfully passed his National State Registration Exam for Medical Assisting & scored in the 99th percentile. Graduating was an amazing accomplishment. He is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Healthcare Management & serves patients at the All-American Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center. A gift given only from the Lord, as Jesus never applied. There is no end to Elohim & no limits to his throne!
"Elohim's our inspiration, after 11 years of sterility, 1 Daniel fast, 4,000 days of praying.. We miraculously received a call that twin girls needed a home, within 48 hours, we became caregivers! We serve at local prisons & nonprofits. Water parks & museums, in the summer, are a MUST! We vacation annually in the Fall to Arkansas & Missouri, we enjoy the Passion Play & Silver Dollar City. God is Good! He has equipped, transformed, blessed & educated us with so many wonderful skills to continuously bear fruit for his kingdom.
